Great customer service and satisfaction by Arlington Autocare with unparalleled technical workmanship by Osario in the customized installation of muffler replacement for 1993 Ford Probe GT followed with state safety inspection completed within a day! JP was courteous and informative as the service representative for this job order. The service cost was fair and reasonable for the level of maintenance work and quick turnaround time of having the vehicle ready for the road. I’ve been bringing my cars here since 2005 and will continue to do so, always leaving as a satisfied customer for the quality of work completed in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. Highly recommended!

Probably the worst customer service I’ve received regardless of industry. On Tuesday I was told that the shop would have availability to diagnose my car the next day. Wednesday I received a call regarding my vehicle (even though I already explained what I would like done on the call on Tuesday), and I was told that I would receive a call later that day….still nothing. Called back again Wednesday evening to be told that the diagnostic testing was being done as we spoke, but I wouldn’t have the results of the testing until Thursday….now Friday. I called again. I was told they were working on the quote and that I would hear back within a half of an hour. Nothing…I also would like to add that every time I called, I was put on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes.
This place is a literal joke and I would never recommend taking any vehicle for service here no matter how big or small. A true clown show.

Christopher said that they were able to hold his vehicle an extra two days because the inspector was out sick. When he talked to them about his inspection, they said his back rotors were ready to be replaced soon, but did not specify how long he had till it was needed.

I have been bringing my cars here as long as I have lived in Arlington and trust that the work will be done correctly in a reasonable amount of time at a good price. My latest visit was no exception.

I have been taking my cars to Arlington Auto Car for a number of years, and it has always been a "no hassle" experience. This latest appointment was no exception. I dropped the car off on Monday afternoon for a Tuesday morning appointment, and they had the car all set and ready to go by end of day Monday. No muss, no fuss, no hassle.

Sean said they were easy to work with, but they told him it would take 1 and a half hour, and it took 2 and a half hours.

I spoke with the tech at 11:30 AM to get a front end alignment and four new Goodyear tires. I was told the tires were not in stock. They’d have to order them and they would be in that day. Was told it should be ready by 3 PM it wasn’t ready until 4:30 PM Also clicked on the link to look at my repair history and logged in . The info is for someone else’s vehicle!

Rachel said she had a long wait time, she had to wait over an hour after they told her, and she had to go there to pick up her vehicle because they were about to close. She used to go there, but it wasn't convenient and they weren't open all the time. They said it would be ready on Wednesday, she had to be there before they closed at 6 and it's simply too hard to be flexible with time with a family. If they were closer and she could bus or walk home, then she would be more flexible and able to use them.

Spencer said they got everything done, and they were efficient and communicative.

Jennifer said she normally is happy with the business, she is currently frustrated with a tire issue she's having, she thought was fixed.

Daniel said he made an appointment for an oil change and they did the change, and took him in on time. They were done in a good period of time. They didn't make up stuff that was wrong with his vehicle, they did a nice job.

Spoke with Michael. He said they were very fast with what he needed done.
