Great place to have work done on your car.
I was very pleased to work with these people, I brought my car in early and they gave me a ride to work and they were very reasonably priced. I would go back with any issues.

So fast!
My car wouldn't turn on, and I needed a replacement alternator and battery. I called Master Auto Tech right before they closed and they were very pleasant, I had my car towed to their shop that night. The next day, I was called and given a diagnosis, a price, and a time I could pick my car up. It was all very clear and I really appreciate that, and their prices weren't the lowest, but their service and speed made up for that. I was able to get my car 24 hours after making that first phone call when my car wouldn't start. I had to walk a mile and a half on icy sidewalks to get to their shop, and Peter at the front desk immediately offered me coffee when I came in and gave me a full run-down of all my car's services needed. I paid (exactly the amount I was told on the phone) and my car has been running smoothly ever since. Thank you so much!!

Maintenance Check and Replacement of Worn Out Parts
These bunch of career-oriented individuals in this shop is awesome, no nonsense guys !!! You describe the problem with the Service Advisor, he will discuss the solution with you and go ... DO NOT worry when you pick up your vehicle, you drive off with a peace of mind. They are proud of what they do! Excellent, magnificent service and they are easy to talk to ... I am a repeat customer, you should try and you will be too !!!

I've been visiting the guys at Master Auto Tech for several years now. They always do a fantastic job and the provide the best service! They're upfront with costs and have saved me hundreds of dollars. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I own two M.B.'s. The cars are maintained at Master Auto Tech. Bob and his team are very knowledgable and experienced. They send out reminders for scheduled maintenance and have been wonderful about repairs needed beyond regular service. Your auto is tracked in the system at the shop and have online access to your history. You'll love this shop!
