Great Service!
This guys are fantastic! I've been coming to their shop for two years now and they always do a wonderful job. They saved me hundreds of dollars by repairing my alternator when most shops would've just sold me a new one. A class act!

Excellent service
I am very pleased with the works performed on my vehicle. The diagnosis was right-on and a cost-effective repair was offered. Peter, the service manager, was great to work with. He kept me informed of the progress and there was no surprise in the final billing.

Fast friendly service. The guys here are very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining which repairs are the most pertinent. So far we have had the inner and outer tie rod and the cv axle replaced. We have also had so work done on the engine 2 cylinders weren't firing and they were able to explain what was wrong and remedy the problem quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a Volkswagen

Great experience!

Auto repair
We went in for a new battery but they said it wasn't necessary, that our battery was I. Good shape and all it needed was to clean the corrosion on the battery.

Oil change w/o issue
Performed oil change and inspected many other systems. Found additional leak in front differential fill plug. Nice people, clean shop.

Jennifer said this business called her personally and apologized to her. They credited her account and sent her all the information she needed to know. In the end, they found out all of this occurred due to a glitch in their new computer system but now the issue is fixed so it will never happen again to any of their customers.

Hi Jennifer, Sorry you feel you have been over charged. We did include an injection cleaning additive which you authorized before the service. But it is possible we did not communicate clearly enough so I will be happy to go over your invoice with you and refund you the amount charged for the cleaning.

awesome experience, the friendly atmosphere, the combined experience/knowledge of the team in what they provide and what can i say, i am totally satisfied!!!
IT IS THE REPAIR SHOP I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR !!! they live to what they say like a "doctor/patient relationship". I did not expect them to show me the parts they replaced in my vehicle without me asking. I already scheduled my next appointment. Instinctively I knew they are honest, committed to providing a value worth of your time and money for the reliability of your car. Definitely the shop I can entrust my vehicle during the duration of my assignment here in Bellingham, WA. The service is impeccable !!! Bob, Peter and Chris you are awesome guys !!!
