I am very grateful for Luke Rodgers service to me in dealing with what turned out to be a lengthy pro
cess in getting my 2016 Genesis driver's side mirror replaced. It took a while to get the part, then the mirror had to be painted, then was accidentally damaged, reordered and repainted, and then I was out of town. But we got it installed today and through it all, Luke was gracious, professional, very personable and persistent in making sure he was providing good customer service and that I was pleased.
