I brought my 2002 Corolla in for a multi-point inspection and had a great experience with the service
department at Toyota Gladstone. I worked with Jodie Chase, who was professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable.
When I arrived, I was greeted right away and seen promptly by Jodie. After the inspection was complete, Jodie reviewed the work order with me, explained everything clearly, and helped prioritize what needed attention first. She also let me know that a lot of the issues I was experiencing were due to the car being low on oil. They even topped it off for me, and my car was running noticeably better when I left.
I was also given a ride home from the dealership and then a ride back when my car was ready, which made the whole process easy and convenient.
I'm very grateful for the helpful information and the care they showed for my vehicle. Thanks again to Jodie and the team at Gladstone Toyota. I definitely recommend their service department to others.
