On 1/28/24, my husband and I went to the Genesis dealership to only look around. We were very intere
sted in the GV80. We were approached by Bailey, who was very helpful, so helpful that we decided to make a purchase. The manager Reza came in several times to make sure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. He represented the dealership well. Bailey and Reza both made sure we were aware of and given discounts that we qualified for. We were then taken to sign paperwork, which at other dealerships was a nightmare because it took forever. We met with Jackie, who was prepared for us. The process was quick, and we were done way before dark. We highly recommend the team at Genesis of Loma Linda. We easily rate them at 5 stars.

I had emailed about possibly seeing about a Tacoma. Had 2 years ago and I loved them, still do. I was
told to come in and they would be able to run some numbers for me. When I got there it all happened so fast, next thing I knew my car was gone and I'm test driving this giant Tacoma. Since I couldn't take it back until Monday because I had it late on a Saturday and they are closed Sunday. Also it was the end of the month. Took it back, couldn't get my other car back, so had to find something else. Not one of my better experiences there. So instead of just running numbers, I now have doubled monthly payments and double mileage that I had with my other vehicle.

I could not have imagined a better car buying experience.
I traded a Tesla for a Genesis, being that I live in G'ville SC. my salesperson Misty Hutchinson made
the sale as easy and flawless as could be. The car was delivered to me and the driver drove my trade back to Hilton Head. Every part of the deal was seamless, and I couldn't be more pleased. Today the new tags and registration arrived. AutoNation Genesis will be my first contact if we're ever back in the market.
