My recent experience with your service department, from beginning to end, would probably rate a 3. T
here was some poor communication on the front end and a gasket of some kind that was seated properly which left an oil stain in my driveway...which required a second trip to your shop. Mistakes get made, I get it.
The reason for the 5 star review was the outstanding work of your Service Manager, Rich Conley. I contacted him directly and he responded immediately, digging into what happened and provided a clear explanation. Throughout the process, he reiterated that he wanted to do the "right thing" and worked hard to come up with a resolution. We were able to work things out in a fair and equitable way. Rich took a customer that was ready to contact the BBB and because of his professionalism, brought that customer back into the Toyota family.

ys, no matter where you go, good customer service is hard to find. My family has purchased as well as brought our vehicles to Toyota HB for multiple years and I would say their sales and service has been decent at best. However, most recently Bryan was my contact when it came time to decide how to proceed with my Sequoia lease, and I have never received better customer service in my life. I had a complicated situation, and he jumped through hoops with me keeping in touch over a 6 week period to help me decide the best way to go about acquiring a new car, and what to do with “Big Brenda” before her lease was up. I never even met Bryan in person, never shook his hand, he never made even a dollar from our text/email interactions.

The sales process was seamless and easy. I checked out a couple of Genesis closer to me and was not
happy with the sales process. I was looking for a specific vehicle and when I found it at Genesis of Fairfield, I contacted them and spoke with Charles Goldstein. We started negotiations and came to an agreement on cost. The majority was done via email and over the phone including initial paperwork which was convenient especially with fears of Covid. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I meet Charles and he was as polite and professional as he was over the phone. The whole transaction from start to finish was easy with no surprises. This is an upscale dealership and they treat their customers with respect and professionalism. Will definitely come back for my next vehicle.
