Good Product, Good CUSTOMER Service
This is our second Earnhardt Genesis and the experience has always been pleasant from start (purchase of the car) to day-to-day service interactions and the driving experience. We recently completed a 4,000+ mile trip to the east and returned to home for the scheduled 30,000-mile service. I thought the car ran great on the trip, then I was surprised that the performance was even better after the service!

My service advisor Ben was friendly and professional. I recently relocated from CA and did not realize the need for more frequent service per year for oil changes and battery checks here in AZ. I was grateful for the advice! The car was completed well before scheduled and returned to me clean and vacuumed. All in all a great first experience with Earnhardt Service Dept !

This Hyundai dealer is top notch. From the moment you step inside and are greeted, you know you are in good hands. I brought my vehicle in for warranty work and Ben was sure to call and explain everything that needs to be done in detail before the work is preformed. No run arounds and have always been straight forward. I will use this dealer for the life of my Hyundai!

While getting my Elantra serviced, I was pleasantly suprised to be offered lunch on them as a food truck, Don's tacos I believe showed up and set up a buffet line. Good service, good food, can't beat it.

Now that we have everyone's attention, thank you for the great review and recommendation.  We are glad you were here to enjoy our Taco Truck friday - we had a small celebration here at the store after finishing 1st in the valley for both sales and service and since our customer like you are the foundation of that win, it seem only right that you get to eat tacos with us.
