The expectations of "Excellent Service" has continued with this current regular service at Earnhardt Hyundai, North Scottsdale, Arizona.
Ben Girard, service advisor and the "Tech" who serviced my Santa Fe "checked it over" and to my satisfaction found an issue with the battery and immediately took care of it which I appreciated since this could have caused a major issue on the road in the future.
This dealership continues with terrific customer satisfaction and best practice for which I will continue to go back to them for my Santa Fe needs and highly recommend them

First, the information I get from Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale is information I can trust about my car and it's repair needs. This issue of trust is important to me in all business relationships but especially in the area of car maintenance and repair. The service advisor I have dealt with for a number of years is Ben Girard. Ben is pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. He takes time to explain the repairs performed and those coming up in the future. I highly recommend Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale for service related needs.

Oil Change
Wish I was explained the difference between synthetic and regular oil. Since my car has a turbo engine they were going to recommend the next oil change at around 3K anyway so I wish I would have gone with the standard oil change since it's a lease anyway. Ended up paying $107 w/tax which is the highest I have paid. On my own car if I planned to keep I would consider synthetic to help the engine. My own fault I should have researched online first. Instead I paid almost 3 times more than I have ever paid.

99.9% of the time we recommend conventional oil changes for our customers and we follow Hyundai's severe maintenance schedule for intervals.
