Good Dealership, Amazing Service Department.
As usual, when a couple small things happened with our 2016 Elantra, I was very reluctant to call the dealership. I have had some bad experiences with dealerships as I'm sure most of us have had. Long story short, I got through to the service department and made an appointment with Ben. He was very friendly and accommodating. I had my vehicle in and within a few hours I heard back from Ben regarding the vehicle. He kept me informed and he even had a few things replaced that were covered under warranty which I was very impressed by. I feel Ben and the guys as Earnhardt Scottsdale Hyundai went above and beyond. The experience was the best yet with dealing with a dealership and to top it off they have shuttle service as well which was nice, and to my surprise, they washed the car. Overall I give the service department an A+.

Ben Girard, my service advisor, always asks what service I need performed on my vehicle and listens to what my concerns are (if I have any). Ben explains what is going to be done to my vehicle let's me know how long it will take and always asks if I would like my vehicle washed.

Totally satisfied
Took my car in for basic work and a noise problem they fixed everything and were able to get everything covered under warranty. The car came out so clean that I would recommend them as a car wash too.

Earnhardt Hyundai in Simply the Very Best!
I depend on Ben Gerard to keep my car running beautifully and keep me safe on the road and he never fails me. For just a brief wait, a tire was repaired, new wiper blades installed to welcome monsoon 2018 and I was on the road to Prescott confident that I would not be one of those breakdowns on the 17.

Excellent!
Customer service was great, however, I was there for 2 hours - seemed a bit long for just an oil change (and car wash). But overall, pleasant time. I waiting in the lounge/waiting room, watched some Netflix on my phone and enjoyed some popcorn that they had there. It was like movie day at Hyundai!

2 hours is a bit long for an oil change (even with Netflix).  This visit in addtion though to the oil change and car wash, we also replaced a sensor on the air conditioning system which should help your Tucson stay as cool as possible this summer.  That campaign may explain the extra time. 

Generally our Car Care Express will do oil changes and more while you wait and we generally expect service to last 45 minutes to an hour.

QUICK, REASONABLY PRICED AND KNOWLEDGABLE
We just brought out 2008 Hyundai Azera in due to a recall and Earnhardt's service depart was really incredible, as always!

Not only did they do the work required, they did it in half the time they had initially told us it would take.

We have been extremely pleased every time we have brought our car in.
