Fantastic customer service!
I was struggling to find time in my schedule to get my car maintenanced and Ben in the service department went above and beyond to accommodate me! He came up with a solution very quickly and took a great deal of stress off my mind. North Scottsdale is no longer where I live but I will go out of my way to go here for the great service!

I like to come in early on Saturday mornings & it's so nice they provide Starbucks coffee, pastries, bagels & best of all fruit. Makes it a pleasant experience as well

Solving Problems instead of just doing something
I recently noticed a noise in my engine that I thought was just noisy lifters. The noise went away just before I brought the car in for service after changing the oil so I figured everything was alright. Ben, my service adviser was not convinced and wanted to have my Sonata checked for a possible engine recall. It turns out he was right and now the engine is incredible. The additional power is great. If it hadn't been for Ben insisting that we check it out I might have had a breakdown or worse. It is great to have a dealership that is more interested in finding and solving problems than just billing for service.

5 star caveat
How simple can an oil change be...no complaints. However, I wish the service guys wouldn't mess with the lights switch settings, parking sensors and windshield wiper settings. The night after my oil change I drove a distance with no lights. They switched it from AUTO to OFF.

During our inspections we check the battery which requires us to change that setting on your lights, it is our intention to return the switch to the position it was in to begin with but we clearly missed it this time.
