Reasonable prices and great work!

Chris is helpful and accommodating. He was able to fit me in the schedule quickly. He also set a loaner aside for me in case I needed it. That doesn’t happen at the dealership. I like that you get a link to track progress in the text message when they start working. I also like that Jeff took the car for a test drive to make sure it was good to go before I picked it up. I think he even vacuumed the two front mats! Thanks! The only thing I would have liked was to learn the procedure for paying and picking up my car after closing when I dropped my car off. I knew my car would be done close to closing but wasn’t thinking it’d be ready five minutes before closing. Not being familiar with the process of paying and picking up the car after closing was a little stressful. The process of getting the key was sent in a text along with a picture and was easy to follow. Now I’ll know for next time.

Motorcar Alternatives is the BEST garage I’ve ever found

I had a 2014 Mini Cooper with a coolant leak. Two other mechanics near me (Motorcar Alternatives is an hour away from me) couldn’t even find the leak let alone fix it. They diagnosed the problem and provided a detailed estimate for the repair. They even gave me a loaner car to use while they fixed my car!!!!! (What an unexpected bonus that was!). They kept me updated the entire time they had the car. Chris (in the office) was patient and friendly, Ric, who fixed it, is an automotive Guru. I ‘m truly grateful for how these folks treated me and my car. I definitely would not hesitate to work with Motorcar Alternatives again

Another great experience

Have taken vehicles here previously and very satisfied with work performed. Pleasant office environment and clean waiting room. Coffee and snacks available if necessary to wait while service was done. Loaner vehicle available if scheduled in advance.

Very thorough and professional!

I highly recommend Motorcar Alternatives, working with Chris is always easy and efficient. They are very thorough with their findings. I have been trying to figure out this rattling noise for almost a year, and sure enough without even telling them about it, they found it and fixed it! They have fair pricing as well!

Scheduled appt for brake fluid service

Had a notification of brake fluid service on my wife’s mini. She was worried that a leak might have occurred. Called Chris at Motocar Alternatives and he made an appt for the next available day. Rick looked at the levels and noticed everything was looking good. The notification was informing me that it was a routine maintenance for the brake fluid due to the mileage.
