Excellent Service Department

I have had only excellent service and experiences with Mike White Ford's service department. My advisor, Tyler Jorgenson, is excellent. They are always honest, on time, and friendly. I highly recommend their service department and always give them five star ratings.

I have purchased two cars from Mike White Ford. My sales experience was very good. I only had one hiccup in my relationship with Mike White Ford...a salesperson who didn't get back to me when I needed to by a car that day. I gave that person a bad rating/review....and I am getting sued for doing so! Go figure.

I think Mike White Ford is generally good and honest. I guess they don't want customers to be honest with them though if they have a bad experience. So what is the point of asking us to review our experiences if we know we are going to get sued if we say anything negative.

Rather than taking criticism maturely and constructively and trying to right a wrong, I get sued.

That isn't the Ford way. I have purchased well over 25 new Fords in my 44 years of driving and I just don't get why Mike White, or Ford, would condone suing a long time loyal Ford customer for being honest.

I took the air filter with me. When I got home I checked on Amazon....same product, Motocraft FA-1927 $50. Just saying......I will be there today to return the filter and by from Amazon. FYI
