Car is never ready when promised
If you are even going there for a scheduled in advance oil change, plan on spending 2-3 hours minimum. Better yet, if you can do without your car, drop it off. Or better yet, if it is not under warranty, go somewhere else. They charge too much and take way too long to do even the simplest of tasks

Gary is a super adviser. I had a dead battery and Gary immediately worked me in the full schedule even though I didn't have an appointment. He had the tech guys check to make sure it was ONLY the battery before they replaced it. Then they checked my car over too because I was leaving on a long trip.Thanks Gary! See you when I return!
