Outstanding Ford mobile auto workers showed up at our house to perform an oil change, rotate tires, and service in general for our Maverick truck. They were professional, polite, prompt, clean, knowledgeable and efficient. I’m sold on Ford’s mobile auto service. It’s so convenient! Best new idea in the automotive industry!

Kent and Logan are great to work with...Kent scheduled my vehicles promptly at a time convenient to us...Logan is terrific, quick, knowledgeable and professional. I LOVE THIS PROGRAM...the staff is fabulous...keep it up guys and I'll see you Monday 5/19 for another vehicle :)

The guys who did my service were very friendly and courteous. Though they came to do my car, my neighbor had a question about her car, and they took the time to answer her questions also. I will definitely recommend them for sure. I’m glad I went to Ford for my service. My neighbor was also very impressed with them and would also recommend them. It was a good day!

Mobile Service Fantastic!
Mobile service team was on time and very efficient. They are Pros! We were traveling home to Alaska and had limited days and they got us back on the road. Service adviser was a little less than efficient as I had to call him after a couple of days to find out my appointment time. Also could have done a recall service at the same time but he didn't get it on the sheet. Over all though very satisfied with experience.

Tire changer over and charger problem
Everything that the on site technicians did was great. They noticed wear on the tires and recommended replacement. They said one of service managers would contact us with new tire prices. It's been 3 days and noone has called. We have a bad charger for our mach e. We have bought a new one and problem went away same issue happened before. They said a service manager would call us about the bad charger and no phone call for it either
