Very late

My appointment was scheduled for a mobile repair at 8:00 am the technician did not call and let me know he would not be on time I called at out 9:30 to cancel and reschedule because I felt it was a no show then ironically the technician shows up 10 minutes after my call. Poor communication

Had a serious noise coming from my engine. After Matt did a little research. It was a recalled part in the brake system and they had the part in stock and were able to get me on the schedule the next day. Shuttle service was very convenient. Always well taken care of at Mike White Ford. Thank you!

Accident damage repair

First time coming in for an accident repair. Had driver's side mirror replaced. The quote was well within our insurance allowance and the final bill was even less. Even though there was a minor glitch the service we received was as usual outstanding. Mike White's is where we purchased and where we have always serviced and is where we bought tires too.. we trust them. Our truck has bever been anywhere else. We drive several hours to this location because of the service given.

I am so grateful for the mobile service that was provided to me by the service department. It was such a great way to take care of the repair needed and the two young men that came were professional and did a great job. I am a senior and also caregiver to my 94 year old mother, so I am so glad this option was available.
