Your service agent Mario Maricas is always friendly, informative and on time. We didn't have an appointment this time because we had to cancel as I had an accident at work. I pulled a hamstring and was hobbling around. After I had seen my doctor I felt that I could make it over to service the car and I did. They were extremely busy but got me in and service was taken care of in a timely fashion. I was extremely happy that they were able to do that. This type of service is why I always go back to you instead of some other place .Keep up the good work.

The service was completed in a timely manner at the quoted price.
My service representative, Mario, greeted me when I arrived and explained what service was due according to the miles on the car, what the cost would be and when it would be finished. He also arranged for a shuttle to take me home since the service would take hours to complete. The car was ready at the time Mario told me and the cost was as expected. The shuttle driver was friendly and very easy to talk to. I also enjoy the waiting room which is very comfortable with coffee and snacks. Mario is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and has provided excellent service for me for many years now. Great experience as usual.
