Bought the servicing package with my 2014 Sonata
I am so glad i purchased the servicing package. It seemed a little expensive when we were purchasing it, but knowing my regular checkups are paid for keeps me coming back to someone I trust, and not looking for a bargain and someone who could potentially do something wrong to my Hyundai.

The service reps were attentive, prompt and considerate with the work required on my vehicle.
I applaud the customer service reps and their thoroughness. They did a great job in a timely manner.
I have just one query.............My car is just 3 years old, with approximately 16,000 miles. Why would the front drivers seat (leather) be deteriorating already? It began to show wear over a year ago and it was garaged up until that time. It will be difficult to get a good purchase price when I opt to sell with the seat in that condition. What can you do about that and why has it happened? I wish I had been told at the time of purchase that "leather" seats may not be a wise choice in the Florida weather.

The personel
Paul took my info about the car problem and drove it. He didn’t hear the problem with the front. I informed what another mechanic told me and said bring it to the dealer it should be under warranty. Yes it was and Paul called me told me car had to be left over nite and should be done by 10:00am next day...it was ...he was very courteous.
