The service department at Tamiami Hyundai is the best! Always friendly and efficient.
And I love their quiet Zen waiting room! So I don't mind waiting for my car. But I have never waited longer than 2 hours.
The service tech always explains to me what they found and what needs to be done.
They always go above and beyond for their customers here.
Very Happy!

Pack your patience
I wouldn't want my friend to wait 2 hours for an oil change. Then, when I had paid and was ready to leave, my car was blocked by other cars and I had to ask a mechanic to move a car so I could get out.

Thank you for your business and for taking the time to fill out the review.  Obviously, communication is a big part of our job and we failed here.  Certainly an oil change should not take 2 hours.  The additional recalls took time and you should have been informed up front how long the recalls would take and then been given the option of having them done at the same time or scheduling them for a later date.

Lousy car wash but car taken care of
Not dried, vacuumed, rear hardly cleaned. Care service- Took too long, diagnostic should be done first and then repairs. Process just dragged on but at end car completed so not all bad. Good thing - called and was accommodated same day due to slow time of year

Thank you for taking the time to fill out the review.  We do check around town periodically.  We have found that most of the time we are competetive when it comes to synthetic blend oil and filter changes (which are what is recommended on your vehicle).  Also, Hyundai trained techs inspect the vehicle while it is in for service.

I was greeted at my car with a smile. The service provider went over what would be performed and made a recommendation to get work done 4,000 miles earlier because it was on sale and it would be done faster that day because it was slow. I was given the option, which I took advantage of. Saved me money and my valuable time in the future.
