My car would not start due to the break peddle not pushing down for about a week so I emailed my service advisor, Mike who called me back within minutes because he thought I may have been stranded. Amazingly nice thing to do!! Next, I brought it in for an oil change and to take a quick look. They were not able to duplicate the problem so Ricardo offered to keep it and let it sit a few days. Ricardo and the team really went above and beyond and it was most appreciated on my end. I can't rave enough about the entire team at this dealership!

I’m lovin’ my Santa Fe!
Every time I come in I am greeted promptly and courteously. Mr. Garcia is always so helpful when I ask questions or need a quick tutorial on how to do something. I usually wait for my car to be serviced and am usually delighted that I am in and out so expeditiously. Thank you!

A very satisfying experience at the dealership. I was a little early but I was greeted and the service representative started the paperwork right away and offered me snacks and a drink, and the use of their pleasant waiting room. He told me how long the procedure would take, and everything was done in a timely manner and I was on my way. Very professional!

Great 15,000 mile check up
Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale is a long drive from my home. I bought my car here on recommendation from a friend. I have not been sorry. When I need service they are always helpful, going the extra effort to defray any expense that might be involved. All the people are friendly and seem to know their jobs.

I've been going there for 4 years and it is always the same- they explain everything and it is a comfortable place to wait for your car. Fast service and friendly. They provide cold water, coffee, tea and treats.

I referred my colleague Ed Doyle who purchased a new 2019 Hyundai Sonata Sport for his wife at Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale around the end of May. I am told they are very happy with the deal Kyle gave them. Kyle is the sales person at Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale who sold the car to them.

Ever since the easy and satisfying purchase of my new Hyundai here over six years ago, I have continued to return for my scheduled maintenance because the service I receive here remains top-notch! I am seen on time, my car is gone over completely, even washed, and any additional service recommended is always proper. Costs are reasonable too, and my regular representantive Ricardo Garcia is very professional and helpful, so besides still loving my car, it's a pleasure to give this dealership a top rating all around. :-))
