It’s easy to get to; easy to schedule an appointment; and full of nice, knowledgeable people to help.
Since my Hyundai is brand new, I anticipate no surprises in the oil change and the other system checks that are done. I appreciate how easy it is to set up an appointment and the alacrity with which the work is completed. Ricardo has helped me both times and given me his full attention and the benefit of his help. I am still learning about all the “bells and whistles” and both Tristan, who sold us the car, and Ricardo, who has been my service advisor, are readily available and dependable resources as I ask questions and try to get the most information about this wonderful car.

Always a pleasant service experience!
I've been taking my Genesis Coupe here for service since I bought it. This time I opted for more than the usual oil/filter change: went for the recommended 45K mile service but stripped out the wheel balancing (since I get that free at a tire store). Without prompting, the service advisor found a discount coupon and applied that as well. I always wait because their waiting area is spacious and comfortable with free wifi, snacks and refreshments. As usual, they asked if I wanted my car washed (some folks don't want that service) and my car was ready within the timeframe they said it would. When I review something, I usually like to find some little thing that could be improved but for this visit, I just can't! Maybe next time.

This is the last time I spend my time on your survey. As I have stated in the past I get good service, wait time is as told for the service being done. If I didn't like your place or the service I received I would not be back.

Great service visit
I went in for my scheduled oil change and asked them to look at the check engine lamp that had just come on. My car needed to have the sensor replaced and the additional job was going to require extra time so my service manager rented me a car to use for the day and I returned the next morning and picked up my car - effortless!
