Over the fifty years plus of interfacing with automobile dealers and facilities, Earnhardt Hyundai is the absolute finest I have ever dealt with. All of the staff are gracious, courteous and project a warmth I have never experienced from a dealer environment. This is my 5th Hyundai vehicle I have owned. Everything just gets better and better.

26,250 mile scheduled service visit

I emailed Ricardo to schedule my service visit and he replied within 24 hours scheduling the appointment. Perfect. During the appointment, I was surprised the battery failed the load test. No problem. It was covered under the 24-month warranty and replaced for free... and, without unreasonable delay. I'll be sure to schedule the upcoming 30K mile service visit with you folks when the time comes. I appreciate the professionalism and customer service attention, as well as the attention to detail while servicing my vehicle. Take care, my friends.
