Everyone there is great! Steve my service guy made sure I was taken to and from work on time! Nick my driver was the coolest! This was my second visit and both times I dealt with the same people which makes it better for me, more comfortable. You guys Rock!!

15000 mile servive
Much better than the last time I was in there for routine service. The service desks were much more organized so, paperwork wouldn’t get lost in the mess like last time.

Friendly service, just had to come here on a crowded day
Friendly service people. Battery replacement took over 2 hours due to crowd, looked like about 4 cars in service area when I arrived. No choice but to wait, luckily it was still under warranty.

Oil change
On our recent trip to Hyundai we had the oil changed and a part was ordered for my car to replace a defective part. What I did not like was a salesman was trying to get us to look at another car and do a trade in on it. I told him that my car is still new and I’m not interested, if I was I’d let him know. Well since we have been home he has called our house and sent emails. Our time in a waiting room should not be for a salesman to try and push another car on us when we told him we weren’t interested. We have a new car that we are perfectly satisfied with!
