We noticed the Quality of Service has definetly improved since we purchased our Elantra GT. We had a Ford Focus with Gosch for years and the Service there was EXCEPTIONAL, so we can only compare them to your dealership. When we first bought our car, we were a bit worried about the customer service. It seemed to us that the Service Department was lacking organization and management. However, we have notice a great improvement and we are very happy at this point with all areas of your Service Department. I do want to say that from the day of purchase, the Customer Service employees were all very kind and courteous so that was never the issue. There just seem to be no direction or protocol for them.
We are very pleased with the level of professionalism, courtesy and reliability at this point. Keep up the good work and thank you for caring enough to get our opinion!
