Our Service Advisors should indicate expected wait times and keep you posted throughout your stay. We understand time is important, but in order to complete a thorough inspection including brakes, tires, belts, hoses, fluids and engine diagnostics - it takes some time. We could eliminate certain services if you prefer to speed up your wait time; all you have to do is inform you service advisor and they will help expedite your visit. We try to keep a pretty even donut to customer ratio, but sometimes we misjudge the flavor and variety factor; this can deeply influence the amount of donuts available for the entire day. Best advice would be to schedule your appointment early and have complete reign over the donut case and coffee stand. We'll make room for you!
