We apologize the time took longer than expected and that they did not vacuum your vehicle as promised. Please let your service advisor know on your next service that the car wash did not include a vacuum - they will make sure the vehicle is completed to your liking. We have in the past used other sources to answer calls, but even though they were effective, they didn't always have the knowledge to answer specific questions asked by customers. We use our service advisors to help lessen the burden and be able to answer specific automotive questions. Your service advisor should be the one checking you out just like they check you in. We're truly sorry you did not find the value in bringing your vehicle to an authorized dealer for service. We're not sure what warranty you may have with your vehicle, but you might want to check to see what the repair and maintenance stipulations might be; some require an authorized dealer perform the work - others do not.
Unlike some independent service providers, we do offer a full vehicle inspection, alignment, brake, tire, fluid, belt, hose and diagnostic inspection with every service, plus a car wash at the end if your time allows.
