Timely service
Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. I didn’t put a stop watch on them but it was all complete within 1hour. The digital response is nice to look over also.

Great car experience!
I recently brought my vehicle to Green Meadows Automotive - having to find a new auto shop is not easy - and they were recommended by my car shop guy- and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I spoke with Stephanie at the front desk, she is great and knows her job well! From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly. I went in for an inspection and both air filters to be installed. Their attention to detail and thoroughness gave me a lot of confidence in their work. It’s not easy to find a mechanic who is both trustworthy and skilled—I’m grateful to have found one here. Highly recommend!

Inspection
I was very dissatisfied with being told they couldn’t pass inspection of my car due to wiper blades. They were working properly and I left there feeling I was taken advantage of because my inspection was very close to expiration. If I hadn’t had my grandson with me I would have complained I have no intention of returning, I liked the shop when Dave was there so it no longer has anything that appeals to me. All said, no worries, just going to find another auto shop.

We are thankful you took the time to express your expereince with us at your last visit. Part of the North Carolina State Inspection states that wiper blades cannot be torn. Although the wiper blades were functioning and clearing the windsheild they were torn, and that fails the state inspection as per the guidelines. We have to make sure to follow these rules as best as possible as we have legal repercussions when these rules are not followed. If you have any further questions we are unable to answer the New Hanover Sheriff has a hot line to call with questions about NC state inspections (910-486-1331)
