Reliable and Trustworthy Service
The dealer made me aware of a recall that needed to be completed and advised of brake fluid due to the age of my car. They send a very detailed report to your E-mail of all work done on the car which allows you to look back at the money spent or provide documentation if you were to sell to another person in the future.

They have always been professional during the 7 years of I've owned this Sonata.

Temecula Hyundai and Travis Kuhn
I have had two service experiences with Travis Kuhn at Temecula Hyundai and both were excellent. Customer Service is clearly the goal and that is why I will always use them!
In comparison, I had a Service experience at a different Southern California Hyundai dealer that was terrible ~ and they were replacing my engine, under warranty.
I HIGHLY recommend the service department at Temecula Hyundai and Travis Kuhn.

Convenient and Quick Service
Overall experience is very good. Especially like that TH pays for LYFT to take you home from the dealership and to bring you back to pick up your car. Staff is friendly and easy to communicate with.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that repair costs seem high to me, especially since I received a flyer several days before my service date offering discounts on 3 items included in the 15,000 mile checkup. I was advised the discounts apply only if that work is done separately.
