TAKES TOO LONG FOR SIMPLE SERVICE
IT TOOK ALMOST 2 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. (THERE WAS A RECALL FIX PERFORMED THAT TOOK 15 MIN). THAT IS TOO LONG FOR SIMPLE SERVICE CONSIDERING I HAD AN APPOINTMENT.

Easy
Getting my car serviced was seriously the easiest thing thanks to Hyundai. I made an appointment online, for the next day basically, had easy access to the service center when I got there to drop off my car, they have free WiFi for the wait and it took less than a hour. Seriously impressed. Oh and the wash they did on my car was the cherry on top a great experience. Thank you Temecula Hyundai!

Always ready to help
Even as our car came in on a tow truck at the end of the day, everyone was more than willing to help get us checked in and set up to be fixed in the morning. And all with great service and a smile. Job was done when promised and they helped save us some money.
