Parker Ford is Constantly Improving the Customer Experience
I've purchased two Mustangs in three years and I've seen the Ford dealership transition from Lake City to Parker. It was a needed transition for customer service. Parker Toyota set the mark high and it has taken a while, but Parker Ford is improving to incorporate customer service and good value. I prefer to have my vehicles serviced by the dealer and it is much easier when you don't feel like you are being taken advantage of or over charged. I appreciate the good service at a reasonable price. I very much appreciate the friendly customer service oriented staff and the accoutrements in the waiting room. I am disappointed that I have paid for two classic service plans but I don't get that level of benefit after buying two cars in such a short time.

I had my Ford pickup (2017 F350) serviced. It was done quickly and well except the tire pressures were not readjusted when they rotated the tires. I brought it back in and they quickly took care of the problem and answered my questions.
