Utterly unresponsive and untrustworthy
If "zero" were an option, that's what I would choose. We have an 8-month old leased Ionic 5 EV now in their "service" dept for NINE WEEKS. The only time we ever get an update is when I leave messages. There is no one here who gives a rat's *ss about customer service. Hyundai Consumer Affairs is no better. They have all admitted it is a lemon, and that they haven't a clue how to fix it, but more than that is just delay after delay. My advice is to lease or buy something else from someone else, but whatever you do, do NOT take your car here for service. And if you have yourself a lemon, dont wait to get a lawyer, which the mfgr has to pay for. Just sue them.
