Quick, easy and reasonable!
After our 16 yo sons temper tantrum, yanking an OBD tracker from his “new to him” Volvo and damaging the OBD Port, I called and spoke to a very knowledgeable man. Brought the car up and expected to pick it up the next day. Nope. He took a quick it look at it and thought it might be a quick fix. Thankfully it was…but don’t tell that to said teenager who will be working off this expense for the summer.

Airbag fun
Last Wednesday I took my car to Big T tire because when I used to work for AutoZone in Dawsonville that was a regular stop. I was told that it needed to part that they had to order and would take 2 days to get. When I called yet…Monday… I asked if the part was in and was told no.
I thought that I would stop in after a doctors appointment close by to check in the situation. When I arrived they were all ready to fix my car. Why didn’t they call me back the day before to tell me that the part was in and when I could come in to have it fixed?

The T in “Big T” stands for trust.
I have used and recommended Big T for years and will continue to do so.
I saved 56% over the dealership (where I purchased my vehicle)(they use a “matrix” instead of a shop book to price their labor, because they can) and the repair was prompt and professional.
I use them for tires and regular maintenance with confidence.
