Was for diagnostics. When I asked what was diagnosed he failed to give me an itemized sheet regarding diagnostics. Throughout our conversation, I remained polite and only asked about the bill. The invoice indicated that loose wires were tightened on the battery . It took them less than 5minutes but I as charge a full hour of labor.
