Not Trustworthy.
Bought my Car there in 2013 (new). The Safford Brown ownership is inferior to the old owners. Last year, I ask them to check the tire pressure during an oil change. When I returned home, I noticed all 4 valve stem caps were missing. I went back & asked them to put on new caps (honest mistake-no charge). On my way home I noticed the Low Tire Pressure Light was on. "Someone" had let the air out of all 4 tires. I stopped to inflate the tires & didn't mention it. A few weeks ago, I had brake work done. They replaced 1 wheel cover wrong, so it covered the valve stem. I took it back. They put the wheel cover on correctly. A day later I notice a slow leak in that exact same tire. I took it to a new garage for the repair. Now, I don't trust Hyundai. I don't want any mechanics who may sabotage my car to generate more business. I will NEVER buy another Car from Safford Brown Hyundai. They are not trust worthy.
