Beware! Scammer Shop
This is the second time using FSR for repairs and should have learned the first time. They replaced suspension parts on our truck last year and within 2 months of having the car back one of the shocks broke off and destroyed the fender. When we called about it, they didnt want to fix is even when they were the last to touch the truck. They took it back and fixed it eventually with a reduced fee but then when we got it back again, the engine started making noises. Within 2 days! This truck was only 3 years old and no way should be having issues since we do regular maintence. They refused to fix it and the owner Lucas screamed at me and my wife like we did something wrong. After taking it to another body shop, they found the suspension parts were installed backwards, 2 of the parts we purchased werent EVEN on the truck! which means they stole the new parts and put other used parts on it. To top it off, there were cut marks on the belt and hose as if they maliciously did this so we would come back again for repairs. DO NOT... I mean DO NOT take your cars or trucks here. They are scammers, they stole parts, and maliciously damaged our engine so we would pay more. Shame on you and things like this will put you out of business.
