Unfortunately, Joseph “Joe” Delmege and Craig Jones can’t be trusted. I got totally ripped off by them. I am a buyer from out of state and after paying for a product, they have failed to deliver. It has been over 3 months and after countless calls and messages with false promises, they have still not mailed my product. In all fairness, I received part of it, but they kept the other two pieces. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I guess I fell for the lies. At first, I was told they were waiting on it to arrive in the store, then I was told it needed to go to the service department for shipping. Next, I was told, “It should have been shipped, let me check.” Each time I had to follow up when they did not return my calls. Each time I got dragged along all to realize they were just taking my money. Don’t trust these two, they seem to be exactly the stereotypical car salesmen out to take advantage of the poor consumer. If I was local, I could just go up there and talk to them. It’s hard to ignore someone in person, but I guess since I’m out of state, they figured I was an easy mark. DO NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS DEALER OR ITS SHADY EMPLOYEES!! Avoid at all costs.
