Since purchasing my new 2025 GV80 I have had it serviced twice at Cool Springs. Both times I made an appointment. Both times I would receive several text reminders to make sure I'm on time. Both appointments I was on time. And both appointments I ended up waiting 2 hours or more to get my car in.
Genesis @ Cool Springs certainly does not value their customers or their customers' time.
When they realized they couldn't honor the appointment, the decent thing would have been to call or text me. And when I asked why the over 2 hour delay, they act like I'm inconveniencing them. This is inexcusable.
