My salesman, Shaman, made several promises to follow up with me on the car after the sale, but yet I never heard from him once. I was nothing but a sale to him and he shows it profusely. It is equally difficult to also get a response via call or text from him. I have called the director Jerome multiple times and have also never been reached back out to. The general manager Chris McNeal has said he is going to “look into” this matter, but yet again, not a word.
What is even more concerning is after I had signed a contract, I was told they “found a better one,” and my original contract was canceled without my approval. On top of this, they continued to run my credit multiple times over the several days that were left in that week. In just one week, I spoke to two different managers. Each time I asked for someone in charge, I am told they are no longer with the dealership. This level of turnover is alarming.
This dealership is a joke. The lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from them, even if this was the last dealership on this planet. There is no professionalism. Take your money somewhere else, because they obviously do not respect your money or your time in this circus.
