Question about an exterior mirror - Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff
I called this morning because I was having trouble with the passenger side mirror and wanted to confirm it would it be o.k. to stop by. While I was welcome to bring the car by, there was no guarantee anything could be done with it today. When I stopped in, the staff member who went to look at the mirror was knowledgeable about what might be done to make it function properly and was able to get it working again. I know this is often not possible and should not be an expectation. That makes me all the more grateful!
