Great service, great people, better prices
My experience at this shop is different than any other service shop I’ve been too. Straight forward and honest people who genuinely take care of the issues and not try to sell services not needed. The inly shop I go to.

Quick, Inexpensive Inspection & Emissions Test
Jackson Auto has been my go-to ever since I moved to the Winston-Salem area.

I brought my car in for a NC state inspection and emissions test. They had my car ready to go in no time at all and for a cost far less than I had anticipated!

Can't recommend Jackson Auto enough.

Antifreeze smell
This was my 1st time here. I'm very impressed with the good service I received today. I had been smelling antifreeze for a while now and today it was fixed. I also got a new battery since the one I had was the original from 5 years ago.

Routine care

JACKSON AUTO The Best Service!!!
I’m 68 years old… I own a small business with 4 vehicles. Jackson Auto is the best mechanic service I have ever found in Winston-Salem, and I have tried many. I’ve been with Jackson now for about 12 years. The employees are smart! Professional!! Personable!! I trust them totally with their work and diagnosis.

Great Service
I very much appreciate the guys over at Jackson auto Works. Always very friendly and willing to answer or whatever questions come up. I definitely feel that. I have been treated fairly and promptly whenever I have needed service with these guys. They have a very comfortable, waiting room with coffee available And a TV to watch if you so desire. I highly recommend Jackson.

I really like this auto center. The staff is very friendly and seem pretty knowledgeable about my vehicle, for the most part. They did lose my personalized valve caps which is why I didn’t give 5 stars. Otherwise, this business is really good. Competitive pricing.
