Service advisors are unfriendly and rude
We purchased a car one year ago. Sales staff were extremely friendly and helpful - so 5 stars there! However, every time I have taken the car in for a scheduled service, the advisors are very unfriendly and short with their words! They always seem annoyed, unhappy and never smile or greet the customer. I never feel welcomed when I go there! Today I had an appointment for an oil change. I arrived 30 minutes early and said I would wait for the service to be done. Lori asked John what time my appointment was and after he told her she scoffed loudly and said something to the effect of “idiot” (not sure of what she said exactly). I wasn’t expecting to get in early and didn’t mind waiting until my scheduled time, so I’m not sure what the issue was! Service staff could use a refresher on customer service etiquette!

Good diagnosis and repair but time needed to repair excessive
Lawley did a great job diagnosing and repairing my Sonata Hybrid. Unfortunately I had to call and check on the vehicle weekly to get an update and was promised it would be finished many times before I actually picked up the vehicle just short of them having it for 2 months. While they did provide a rental vehicle, repair time was a little excessive and it was not related to supply chain issues.

I hate Lawley
I avoid them as much as possible. The only reason I go there is for maintenance (that's if you don't get turned away) and it's the only dealership in town.

Bitter sweet
All the employees were amazing the service writer Travis was great kept me informed and up to date the whole time made the experience a lot better since Hyundai wasn’t covering the motor so it was nice not to try and hunt someone down trying to find out what’s going on. The Hyundai tech was great explained everything for me to understand he also informed me on the process of trying to get it covered from the bearing recall he really tried everything he could to help me out with trying to get the motor replaced

Thank you for the honest review. All of us here at Lawley Hyundai take our customer's experiences very seriously. We all know that that a customers time is very important. Being a small-town dealer that doesn't get as many reviews as most, a three-star review is devastating for us. You state you may or may not return to Lawley Hyundai. If you do return you will find that this past visit was out of the norm.
