They trick you to visit
They will give you all the best conditions on the phone just to get you there. When you get there the proposals are completely different. Really bad sales reps. They know nothing about the cars.

I'd been trying to talk to Mike Santallana(service manager) since Monday, I called and left my name and my phone # every single day and no answer. I don't want to write a negative review here, I just want to talk to the Service Manager to get answer about the situation with my car. Thanks!!!

Horrible experience at Lehman Hyundai in Miami Gardens
I would rather travel miles to Palm Beach Napleton's) to get service. Disregard any of the scams for a rescore. It is a trick to have you say something good about the dealership and they dishonored what they told a loyal customer. Very unorganized. I had to stay on top of service advisors to do their jobs, they forgot to call me to tell me if tires were in after being told that I could not get tires that were promised to me once I complete a rescore. I wasted my time setting up an appointment and securing tires which was inconvenient. I literally had to stay on top of them to get the tires and went out of my way to stop by and check to see of the tires were in.
I will never do that again or come to get service at this location. When I showed the manager ( Santana ) what I filled out he didn't even want to resend another link. It was a scam because the information I filled out for the rescore was not the same thing that was shown to me in his office. When I told him I will show him what I completed and what he sent me , he told me that he could not send another rescore. The rescore needed to be complete in order to get what he promised. I never had these problems with Palm Beach Napleton's. I will actually get the rest of my service done in Palm Beach. I prefer to travel miles to do so.

They did the oil change it took 5 hours and did not even wash the vehicle which is complemetary. Not happy with the service at all.

Lied to get us to come in
I would give them Zero stars but this does not let you. But they are a zero star dealership!!!

They are liars and don't respect customers.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! THEY LIE TO YOU AND THEN PRETEND LIKE YOU ARE AT FAULT!!!! I was told by Michelle that they had a Palisade Caligraphy AWD which is what we were looking for. I explained to her I was driving down 2 hours to buy this vehicle and asked her to please confirm that it was an AWD. She told me her "manager" told get all Palisades are AWD. I clarified with her and told her they were not and that she needed to confirm that the vehicle was what I was requesting. She texted back she confirmed that it was an AWD..... Today my husband and I arrive and guess what!!! Not an AWD. The car had been in an accident and had the windshield crushed which is not the dealers fault but they lied to get us there because the Palisade Caligraphy that she said she had is a FWD not an AWD.

I spoke to one of their "managers" Anthony who was very condescending when he spoke with us. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere. These people have no regards for other people's time.
They think they can sell people anything they want to sell them and that people are not educated enough to buy what they want to buy.

THIS IS A SHAMEFUL BUSINESS.

The Collision Center, as well as, my insurance company said the vehicle should be ready in 2 weeks... no later than 3 weeks. It took more than 5 weeks for me to get my vehicle back.

Lies and lies
They changed a parte(trunk didnt close) that was cover u der the warranty.. The service person came to me telling me that the part was really expensive.which is a lie because i looked for the part and it was not more than 80 online.. However that. It was cover and at the end came with a history thst they need to do extra job and i have to pay a fee.. But if im cover and whatever hapoen to the trunk or everyother part was bexause a malfunction and suppose to be under the warranty.. I asked and the service person insist.. Also at no point i was offer any complementary service. I soent alnost 5 hours just to replace a part.. Horrible

I was very pleased to have worked with Thais upon responding to an invitation to trade in my leased 2019 Sonata for a 2021. Thais was thoughtful, focused on my needs and absolutely responsive to my desire to stick to the letter that I received without any additions. She followed through on getting the deal I expected. Further because my time constraints were limited she was able to bring the new car to my home and complete the paperwork from Finance. I continue to work with Thais for some modifications on the 2021 Sonata. Thais is pleasant, efficient, and does not seek to pressure a sale.

WORST SERVICE POST SALE
I have been trying for days to reach someone in finance over a problem which was come to light and the extra cost I paid for maintenance, only to be told that the car does not have the extended maintenance plan included on the complimentary one up to 3 years / 36k miles. After days of trying to reach the department directly, I finally decided to try calling them through sales, after 4 dropped calls and 6 transfers which either got dropped or went to voicemail, I was like let me try sending them an email. The email which I flagged as a message for the finance department was then sent to the sales department and I quickly got a call. The guy who called back was rude as heck (Alejandro Bermudez) and during our conversation was like write as many reviews as you like, no one here cares about reviews. So my advice is to stay clear from this dealership if you're looking for service post-sales. They really do not care about their customers or maintaining any kind of relationship with them.

Horrible! Bad customer service!
Terrible. Used to be good back when Meir and Yaniv were around. Now, it’s just a bunch of individuals who have no idea what customer service means. I’ve taken 3 cars from them in last 4 years. Trying to finance my last car, and they want me to pay the amount my car WAS worth in 2018 over the next 6 years, as if the last 3 years was nothing towards my vehicle. On top of that, want to charge me dealer fees for financing- I paid dealer fees when I took the lease!!! People are very rude. Think they know better than the customer, even after I spoke with Hyundai finance department directly. Stay away from these thieves! Also, was told YESTEDAY that Ofek was in a meeting, yet today they tell me he does not work there anymore- legit liars. And, they post to all the negative comments to reach out to Tariq- they don’t let you speak with him!!!!!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. GO ELSEWHERE. RIP OFFS.

Love my Hyundai but...
I love my Hyundai Elantra but they have the worst customer service! I have been to so many Hyundai dealerships throughout the years and they're all the same; they try to add additional services for things you don't need, have been rude to me when I decline services that I don't want done, and I am almost always waiting longer than i need to get my car serviced without being notified of the extra wait time. For these reasons, I will NOT get another Hyundai. The customer service is horrible.

** I sent my review becuase it wouldn't submit with 2 stars and "rescored it to 5 stars** I couldn't edit it either.
