Completely unethical and dishonest.
Quoted $635 for gasket replacement and $388 for spark plugs. Spark plug labor is 100% already completed by the gasket...double dipping on labor.
Had to call and "haggle" and they only lowered the spark plugs to $250...which is still ridiculous. Told me the spark plugs ($10 each) were $40 each. Completely unethical markup.
Agreed out of frustration.
They didn't have it completed same day like it was supposed to be and didn't even tell me, until I called to ask if it would be ready. They said they would take $50 off the $1300 (WOW!) BUT they added a BS "hazardous waste disposal" of $50.43 that was not on the quote...so not only did they not take $50 off, they charged me 43 cents more.
