Dr Arshad has been my psychiatrist for several years . He is the best one in the area . He really cares for his patients . I can’t think of seeing any other psychiatrist. When I moved out of New Orleans after Katrina, I had a chance to see other psychiatrists in Texas . I didn’t feel they cared . They never listened and didn’t understand my illness . I was happy to see Dr Arshad was still in town .
