Worse experience ever. Took in my son’s 2021 Ram 2500 4c4 for extended warranty repair on ball joints and a steering gear. First week warranty company dragged out approval and finally sent an adjuster. Adjuster approved repairs and by the following Tuesday they were approved to do repairs. Keeping in mind steering gear is a 4 hour job MAX. They ordered the parts which were there on Wednesday. Friday they called and said the steering gear was wrong and would be there Monday. Tuesday I called they said it was giving them some trouble. At the end of the day sent a text stating it would be the following day. The following day I received the same text word for word. I called and was told that they were still having problems replacing the steering gear. And they had all been working on it for 2 straight days. So I called Thursday to make sure they were working on it. Got the run around so asked for an owner to call me. Received a call from the GM. He stated the same thing at first saying they all have been working on it and was just a very hard job. As I pushed for some better answers he said “ well the mechanic being off for 2 days did not help” ? I was like what? I was told it was always being worked on. So Thursday night I get another call. Drag link won’t move so can’t perform the alignment and the sprayed lubricant on it to free it up. And it would be Friday. Friday they called and said the drag link needed replacement and that if warranty company would not cover it they would. So finally at 3 pm I received a call truck was done. I picked it up got in it and traction control light was on. Took 45 minutes for them to fix that. So finally I drove the truck home but realized something wasn’t right. So my son looked under the hood to find they had over tightened the clamp for boost tube and broken it so boost tube had come off. They seem very incompetent and lie about everything. I would never recommend anyone to ever go here.
