A/C repair
Shiloh, the customer contact person was terrific. He explained things thoroughly and was very customer considerate. I went in for low A/C output and they found an expansion valve leak. I requested they check the cabin filter which did need replacing. All work was done plus recharging Freon and I was out with 2 hours.

Love this place!
Fast service & good customer care. Oil/filter change and windshield blade replacement cost me $130. I was in and out in less than an hour. I’ve been coming here for a little over a year. I have no complaints. The little waiting area is nice and cozy and there’s a tv right below the front desk to watch as you wait. Coffee machine & magazines to help pass time. Great experience overall not to mention all the mechanics are super cute/handsome lol!

Service on ‘03 TBird.
As you can imagine, a 23 year old car needs some extra attention. The mechanics at Poitier’s have done an outstanding job keeping my car in tip top shape. They take the time to explain the needed service and then provide their excellent skills to maintain my ‘classic’. Friendly and very knowledgeable!

Great first experience
Great first experience with Poirier’s. Got a simple oil change and they also for no charge secured a plastic shield that was hanging underneath the front bumper.

Shiloh (I think spelling is correct) at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Price and completion time were both as quoted.
