Rodent damage
Some rodents had chewed the battery cable on my car and it would not start. Had it towed to Rick's Service Center. They were able to splice the cable and tape it up. They cleaned out any other signs of the rodent. They took the car out to check it out... everything was fine. They updated me about all they had done... they did a great job, and charged a fair price for the work.

Appoint time is kept
When you call in for an appointment, usually the car is in the shop for service on or before your appointed time.
They always let you know if they have an issue with the auto and give you an estimate of need be to repair it.
I have faith they are honest !!

Oil sensor replaced and rear brakes and front rotors

Rick's Service Center
Years ago they found a partner that a previous mechanic service said would be over 1,000$. So as a second opinion on a whim I went to Rick's, who fixed it for free bc it was a loose oil filter. Every since that day I vowed to never ever let another mechanic touch my vehicles. Great family operated place, honest and quick.... Biggest part HONEST!!!!
