We performed an oil change service on your vehicle and recommended that you change both the air and cabin air filters on your vehicle because both were dirty after we physically examined them. When were the last time they were changed? At no time did our technician or myself say anything about your AC system! Why are you lying about that? I have no idea if the AC in your vehicle works or doesn't because you did not ask us to look into that at any time. We did address your concern about your passenger side windshield wiper not working. We were able to re-fasten that back into place, get it working normally, at no charge to you. This is how you show your appreciation?
When I got my car back, my AC didn’t work, and it was making a ticking sound.
