When I purchased my new car the rear tire drivers side had an X marked on it. Not sure why but I assumed it would go away over time. Took my car in for its first oil change and tire rotation. Imagine my surprise when my car still had the tire with the X on the rear drivers side. I called and asked to have a manager call me back. Told them I have pictures that documents that they did not perform the tire rotation. I don’t even trust they even changed the oil. Never received a call back from a manager. Do NoT buy the AdvantageCare package and Do NoT trust the service department to rotate your tires unless you mark them and take pictures for proof. They lied saying they rotated the tires.
