Jessica said when she got her vehicle back, the frame was not connected together. She said when she brought it back, the employee tried to tell her that vehicle had previous damage, tried to tell her that her vehicle was already like that and has all kinds of issues. She stated the employee had to put a transmission in her vehicle and she has pictures and the employee wouldn't put her bumper back on.
